1. Shipping and Timeline

Orders for merchandise are usually processed in approximately 2 BUSINESS days upon receiving the order and clearing of payment. Engravable orders are usually initiated within 2 BUSINESS days, depending on the intricacy of the project the order would be processed within 10 BUSINESS days. The orders are shipped from our location in Central Alberta, and should arrive in about 8 BUSINESS days or less after processing.(depending upon destination) Shipping within Canada is via Canada Post or in some cases Purolator. Currently our shipping structure is as follows but may be updated with specials and promotions:

Orders up to $14.99 add $1.50 Shipping
Orders $15.00 to $30.00 add $7.00 Shipping
Orders $30.01 to $99.00 add $12.00 Shipping
Orders $100 to $199 add $15.00 Shipping
Orders over $200 add $20.00 Shipping

2. Taxation and Currency

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars and does not include GST, which will be added on at the checkout.

3. Return Policy

We have a 30 day 100% guarentee on merchandise from the date of delivery, excluding engravable orders which are final sale.

3. Engravable Orders

Photo quality is an important ingredient for our engravable gifts, while some digital photos can be improved, it is important to select the best quality photos. Digital formats should be in jpeg if possible. Actual photographs can be scanned into digital files, but they must be high quality as well, in order to get the best engraving results. Actual photographs will be returned to you upon completion of your order.
Upon placing an engraving order you will be contacted via e-mail (or other) with a draft including photo layout, font, and text size.

The Sassy Possum™ Company is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you for processing your order. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

method of payment details

We may use technology to track the patterns of visitors on our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening.
